Welcome from the Head Teacher

I would like to welcome you to St Dominic’s Catholic Primary School. We are a small school with just over 100 children on roll and we pride ourselves on our care of every child.  Our primary aim, as stated in our mission statement is to enable every child to fully reach his or her potential. To ensure this happens we are an evaluative and reflective school who strive to refine and enhance our practice in line with the needs of our pupils.

We enjoy working with children and believe that learning should be fun and creative; to this end we plan for a variety of off site activities, using the local environment, and visitors to school to enhance children’s learning and make it relevant.
